The President informed the house that  a fine of Rs 10/- will we charged as penalty if anybody’s Mobile rings  during the Regular Meeting.

Invitation from the District Magistrate for Queens Batten for 18^th July at Darjeeling.

Invitation from Nepali Sahitya Samity for  Bhanu Jayanti for 13^th July 10

Invitation from Lions Club of Kalimpong for their 15^th Installation Ceremony for the 18^th of July10. Attended by Rtn Mukesh Changia and Secretary Navin Soni and report by Secretary later. Invitation from DGH Interactors for their Installation on the 28^th of July.

GML for the month of July received. 02 points to note. Installation of the RC of Kalimpong published and Global Grant details of RC Kalimpong published.

Letter received from the DG asking for the Nominations for DG for the year 2013-14 which was handed over to PP RTn A.P.Lal. The President informed the House that now its High time that we should think for a District Governer from our club and requested Past Presidents to work on it.

Rotary News Trust Bills received and  SAR  which was not received in original but the same downloaded from the Net was handed over to the Treaasurer Rtn sumit Jindal.

Membership Seminar at Durgapur on 1^st Aug 10.  Programme and details received on the mail.  The President requested PE Sanjay Bajla to look into this.

Secretary Rtn Naveen Soni reported the house on the installation Ceremony of Lions Club.

Chairman PP Rtn B.M.Pradhan Appraised the house on the  proposed MG Projects .He informed the House that our Club had applied for the Global Grant which had been approved and as on today the actual Estimates has not been received from our consultant Gyenandra Sharma. As soon as we get the Final Estimates  he will complete the application form. He also requested the House that he look into the communicating Part but requested all Rotarians to take an active part in it.

On the Semi Annual Due Receipt:,  Treasurer Rtn Sumit Jindal informed the House that 6 Rotarians have not yet paid their Dues and requested them to pay as soon as possible.

IPP Rtn Kamal Bajla informed the house that the money sent by Khem Fatima has not yet been credited in our account . Rtn Karma was given the consent to look after it.

The President informed the House that Rtn Sudha Agarwal’s name has been updated on the website and her Membership ID is 8169869.

The President also requested Vocational Director Chairperson PP Rtn Tapan Pradhan to start working for the Four Way Test Speech Competation.

The President also Requested  all Members to start collection old clothes for Distribution sometime in Nov – Dec 10.

Any other Matter.

PP Rtn Prakash Gupta in the Absence of PE Rtn Sanjay Bajla informed the House on the Membership Seminar to be held on the 1^st of August . He read out the detailed Programme and requested Rotarians who will be attending the Programme to give their names to PE Sanjay Bajla. He also informed the House that a balance of Rs 14680 is lying with him from the Samsing Shisu  Shiksha Kendra project and that an estimate of Rs 14000/- has been recived to build temporary Partation in the school using 6mm Ply. He said that if we use 12mm ply the budget will shoot up with Rs 3000/. The House gave him the consent to carry with the 12mm ply. He also informed the House that the DG plans to vist our club in the month of March and not in November.

#IPP Rtn Kamal Bajla wanted to know on the updated of Rtn cathrine samling’s PHF on which the President informed that the Update will be given in the Next Meeting.

Rtn Indira Bose informed the House that Rtn Cathrine samling has Factured her Knee Cap and requested Rotarians to call her or Visit her.

The president  informed the House that PPRtn K.N.Pradhan’s wife is not well and requested Rotarians to call him or Visit him.

               PP Rtn Rajen Raghavan requested the President to look into the Electricity Problem.

               Rtn Karma informed the House that funds allocated for Tea and Snacks is very low and that a     

                fund raiser has to be done soon. He also promised to make the meetings intresting. He also

               Thanked the House for the Outstanding Attendance after a long time.
